Summary

This study aimed to test whether using heart scans to guide treatment could reduce heart attacks and deaths in veterans with severe leg artery disease who recently had leg surgery. It planned to compare heart scans plus medication against medication alone. The trial was withdrawn before any participants were enrolled.
