NCT ID NCT03935282

Summary

This study tested a computer tool that automatically shows a cancer survivor's heart health risks using their existing medical records. The goal was to see if this tool helped survivors and their cancer doctors have better conversations about heart health, leading to more referrals to heart specialists and healthier lifestyle changes. The study involved 600 survivors of breast, prostate, colorectal, and other cancers across 12 community clinics.
