Can a rush of medicine keep women with heart failure out of the hospital?

Summary
This study aims to see if starting women on full-strength heart failure medications quickly after a hospital stay, and monitoring them closely, works better than the usual slower approach. It will follow about 360 women in Italy for a year to see if the faster plan leads to fewer deaths, fewer returns to the hospital, and better quality of life. A key goal is to find out if women benefit from this intensive treatment as much as men might.
