Summary
This study is testing whether a single, low-dose radiation treatment to the whole heart can help people with advanced heart failure. Researchers want to see if this approach can improve heart function by at least 5% over six months in 40 participants who haven't responded well to standard treatments. The trial will also measure safety, quality of life, hospital visits, and survival.
