Summary
This study aims to use advanced heart scans to better understand early heart failure in people with conditions like diabetes, high blood pressure, or obesity. It will enroll 3,000 participants who have these risk factors but whose hearts still pump normally. The goal is to find patterns on the scans that can help doctors diagnose problems earlier and predict who is most at risk for future heart failure.
