Summary
This study aims to understand why newborns with severe congenital heart disease are at high risk for dangerous blood clots after surgery. Researchers will collect blood samples from 10 newborns to analyze tiny molecules that may control clotting. The goal is to uncover the biological reasons for this risk, which could inform future treatments.
