Summary

This study tests a virtual, at-home exercise program for adults with Fontan circulation, a type of heart condition. The goal is to see if the program can reduce frailty and improve exercise ability. About 53 participants will use a telemedicine program to exercise at home. The study also looks at whether this approach helps overcome barriers like distance or cost.
