NCT ID NCT04058782
First seen Apr 25, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 6 times
Summary
This study looks at 2000 people who had a heart attack to see if measuring the stiffness of their blood vessels one month later can help predict future problems like heart failure, another heart attack, or stroke. Participants are enrolled within 48 hours of their heart attack and followed over time. The goal is to find better ways to identify those at highest risk so doctors can personalize care.
