Summary

This study is testing if a new drug called orticumab can reduce harmful inflammation in the heart arteries of people who have had a heart attack. Researchers will compare the drug's effects against a placebo in 240 participants over 6 months, using special heart scans to measure inflammation. The goal is to see if lowering this inflammation can help control heart disease and prevent future problems.
