Summary
This study looks at how a 6-month family weight management program affects thinking skills (like focus and planning) in teens ages 13-17 who are overweight or have obesity. Ten teens and a parent or guardian will attend group sessions and complete tests before and after the program. The goal is to see if the program improves both weight and brain function.
