Summary
This study tested two programs for adults with long-term (chronic) low back pain that has no clear cause. Both programs included exercise, behavior change, education, and mindfulness; one also added functional resistance training. The goal was to see if these approaches could reduce pain and improve daily life. 70 people took part, and the study measured pain, disability, strength, and quality of life over several months.
