Summary
This study aims to create a comprehensive health database for middle-aged and elderly people in Taiwan. Researchers will measure brain volume, sleep patterns, and sleep quality in 250 adults aged 40 and older. The goal is to better understand how sleep and brain changes relate to healthy aging.
