Summary
This study aims to build a detailed health database for adults aged 40 and older in Taiwan. Researchers will collect various health data, including brain scans, sleep patterns, blood tests, and gut bacteria samples, from about 250 participants. The goal is to better understand how people age healthily and identify early signs of age-related issues like muscle loss and cognitive changes.
