Summary
Healthspan Connect is a large UK research programme aiming to understand what helps people stay healthy as they age. It will follow 100,000 participants, aged 12 and up, to explore how lifestyle, environment, genetics, and social factors influence long-term health and wellbeing. The study is mostly digital and home-based, using online surveys and home test kits to gather information over time.
