Can the right message help occasional smokers quit for good?
NCT ID NCT07296848
Summary
This study aims to find the most effective health messages to encourage adults who smoke occasionally (but not daily) to quit completely. Researchers will test different types of messages—some focused on health risks, others on social aspects—to see which ones best motivate people to stop smoking. The goal is to develop better communication tools that help occasional smokers become smoke-free.
