Summary
This study aims to understand how headaches, especially migraines, impact employees' work and quality of life. Researchers will analyze existing survey data from over 1,300 employees at Libbs Pharmaceutical. The goal is to learn about headache types, their effects on job performance, and how different work roles might be related to headaches, to help inform future workplace health programs.
