Flat vs. elevated: which head position boosts stroke recovery?

Summary
This study tests whether lying flat (0 degrees) or with the head elevated (30 degrees or more) after a stroke clot removal procedure helps patients recover better. About 2,240 adults who had a stroke from a large blood vessel blockage will be randomly assigned to one of the two head positions. The goal is to see if head position can reduce disability and improve daily function.
