New drug tested to stop aggressive head and neck Cancer's return

Summary
This study is testing whether a drug called pembrolizumab can help prevent cancer from returning in people with high-risk head and neck cancer who have already finished their main treatment. About 100 patients will receive either the drug or a placebo for one year to see if it improves the time they live without their cancer getting worse. The goal is to see if this extra treatment can better control the disease in patients who are at a high risk of it coming back.
