First seen Jun 27, 2026 ยท Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study compares two treatments for people with advanced head and neck cancer who cannot use the standard drug cisplatin. About 454 participants will receive either cetuximab (a targeted antibody) or a chemotherapy combo (carboplatin + paclitaxel) alongside precise radiation therapy. The goal is to see which approach better delays cancer growth and improves survival.
