Summary

This study tests whether wearing a head-cooling device for 28 days can improve thinking, sleep, and mood in women aged 18-27 who have had a concussion. Researchers will also look at how the menstrual cycle affects recovery. The goal is to find a simple, drug-free way to ease symptoms and shorten recovery time.
