Summary
This study tests a new weekly injection called HDM1005 against the existing drug tirzepatide for weight loss in 372 adults with obesity (BMI 28-40) who do not have diabetes. Participants receive either HDM1005 or tirzepatide for 52 weeks, plus diet and exercise counseling. The main goal is to see how much weight is lost by week 40.
