Summary

This early-stage study tests an experimental pill called HBI-2376 in people with advanced solid tumors (like lung, colon, or pancreatic cancer) that have specific gene changes (KRAS or EGFR mutations). The main goals are to find the safest dose and understand how the drug moves through the body. About 42 adults who have tried other treatments without success will take part.
