First seen Jan 05, 2026 · Last updated Jun 15, 2026 · Updated 31 times
Summary
This study tests a new way to do stem cell transplants for adults with high-risk blood cancers who don't have a fully matched donor. Doctors will use stem cells from a half-matched (haploidentical) donor and remove certain immune cells to try to prevent severe graft-versus-host disease, a serious side effect. The goal is to see if this method is safe and effective for 18 participants.
