Summary

This study involves 20 adults undergoing awake brain surgery for tumors in the hand movement area. Researchers will test different electrical stimulation settings to see which ones help or hinder hand movement. The goal is to improve how surgeons monitor hand strength during surgery, allowing them to remove more tumor while protecting hand function.
