Summary
This study aimed to better understand hand osteoarthritis by closely observing 300 patients over many years. Participants underwent detailed exams, scans, and questionnaires at the start and then again after 3 and 8 years. The goal was to learn what factors predict how the disease progresses and affects people's pain and hand function.
