Summary

This study tests different ways of stimulating specific points on the hands (called Jing-Well points) to see if they can help people with disorders of consciousness after a severe brain injury. The trial involves 60 adults aged 18-80 who have been in a vegetative or minimally conscious state for 7 to 90 days. Researchers will measure changes in consciousness using a standard scale and brain activity patterns.
