This trial tests whether adding blood flow restriction to a standard hamstring exercise helps elite adolescent female pole vaulters build more strength and muscle. Thirty-six athletes aged 12 to 18 will do either the Nordic hamstring exercise alone, the exercise with blood flow restriction, or their usual training for eight weeks. Researchers will measure changes in hamstring strength, muscle size, and sprint performance.
