First seen May 14, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study tests a special gel made from hyaluronan (a natural substance) to see if it can quickly reduce gum pain and swelling after dental procedures. About 30 adults will chew on a gel-soaked cotton ball for 30 minutes. Researchers will measure pain and swelling before and after use to check how well it works and if it's safe.
