NCT ID NCT07275827
First seen Jan 04, 2026 · Last updated Jun 22, 2026 · Updated 21 times
Summary
This study tests different drug combinations to treat H. pylori, a stomach bacteria that can cause ulcers and cancer. About 88 adults with a positive stool test will receive either a standard acid blocker (proton pump inhibitor) or a newer one (vonoprazan), plus antibiotics, with or without zinc. The goal is to see which mix works best and is safest, checking infection clearance and inflammation levels after 4 weeks.
