Summary
This study tests whether adding bismuth to a 14-day course of vonoprazan and amoxicillin works better at clearing H. pylori infection than the two-drug regimen alone. About 990 adults who have not been treated before will take part. The main goal is to see which approach eradicates the bacteria more effectively and safely.
