Summary
This study tests whether a weight loss injection (GZR18) given once every 4 weeks can safely help people continue losing weight. It includes 500 adults who already completed a year of treatment with the same drug. Participants will receive the injection for 24 weeks while maintaining a healthy diet and exercise routine.
