Summary
This Phase 3 study tests whether switching to a once-monthly injection of GZR18 can help 500 overweight or obese adults maintain weight loss for an additional 24 weeks. All participants previously completed a year of biweekly GZR18 treatment. The study measures changes in body weight, waist size, and other health markers while everyone follows a regular diet and exercise plan.
