Summary
This study tests a new injectable medicine called GZR18 in Chinese adults with type 2 diabetes whose blood sugar is not well controlled by diet and exercise alone. The goal is to see if the drug safely lowers blood sugar and helps with weight loss. About 274 participants will receive either GZR18 or a placebo, and researchers will track changes in blood sugar levels, weight, and waist size over time.
