Summary

This study looks at whether adding the dietary supplement GynMDD to weekly talk therapy can help adults with mild to moderate depression feel better. About 168 people aged 18 to 65 will take either the supplement or a placebo daily for 8 weeks. Researchers will track mood changes, digestive health, and gut bacteria to see if the supplement offers extra benefits.
