Summary
This study tests whether a single drug (cyclophosphamide) given after a stem cell transplant can prevent graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) as well as standard multiple-drug approaches. About 82 adults with blood cancers will receive one of two conditioning regimens before transplant, then only cyclophosphamide and methotrexate afterward. The goal is to reduce severe GVHD while improving recovery and quality of life.
