Summary

This study looks at how bacteria living in the gut and diet may increase colon cancer risk in people with Lynch syndrome or other inherited colon polyp conditions. Researchers collect stool, colon tissue samples, and diet/lifestyle questionnaires from 77 participants during routine colonoscopies. The goal is to understand these links, not to test a treatment.
