This study observes 35 adults with moderate-to-severe Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis to see how long they continue taking guselkumab in everyday medical practice. Researchers will track treatment persistence and early symptom relief, like reduced bowel urgency. No experimental treatment is given—participants simply follow their doctor's prescription as usual.
