New hope for rare skin ulcers: guselkumab trial launches

Summary
This study tests if guselkumab can heal painful skin ulcers in adults with pyoderma gangrenosum, a rare condition. 17 participants will receive the drug and be checked at 6, 16, and 32 weeks. The main goal is complete wound healing by week 32.
