Summary

This study tests whether a gel made from polynucleotide and hyaluronic acid, combined with a bone graft, can help repair bone defects caused by advanced gum disease. 66 adults with severe periodontitis will receive either standard surgery, surgery with bone graft alone, or surgery with both the gel and bone graft. Researchers will measure bone and gum healing over 12 months.
