Game on: simple guessing game may ease Kids' needle fears

Summary

This study looks at whether playing a guessing game during blood collection can lower fear, pain, and bad feelings in children ages 6 to 12. About 70 kids will take part, and their pain, fear, and emotions will be measured using special scales. The goal is to find a simple, fun way to make blood draws less stressful for children.
