Summary
This study tests whether guarana, a natural plant extract, can reduce fatigue in people with neuroendocrine tumors or gynecologic cancers. About 86 participants will take guarana or a placebo for up to 42 days, and researchers will measure changes in fatigue using a standard questionnaire. The goal is to see if guarana offers a safe, effective way to improve energy and quality of life during cancer care.
