New cancer drug trial seeks to control advanced tumors

Summary
This early-stage study is testing a new experimental drug called GSK5764227 in adults with advanced solid tumors that have spread or cannot be surgically removed. Researchers want to find the safest dose and see how the drug behaves in the body when given alone or combined with other cancer medicines. The study will enroll about 590 participants to check for side effects and see if the treatment shows any signs of shrinking tumors.
