Summary
This study tests an experimental drug called GSK4532990 in about 393 adults with liver inflammation (steatohepatitis) due to alcohol use. The main goals are to check safety and see if the drug can reduce liver stiffness, a sign of damage. Participants will receive either the drug or a placebo, and researchers will monitor side effects and liver health over 52 weeks.
