Summary
This early-phase trial is testing a new oral drug called zamzetoclax (GS-9716) in about 145 people with advanced solid tumors. The drug is given alone or combined with standard chemotherapies. The main goals are to find the safest dose and understand side effects. This is a safety study, not yet designed to prove the drug shrinks tumors.
