Summary
This early-phase study tests a new drug called SKB571 in about 138 adults with advanced solid tumors that have spread or cannot be removed by surgery. The main goal is to check the drug's safety and find the right dose. Researchers will also look for early signs that the drug shrinks tumors or slows cancer growth.
