Summary
This early-stage study tests a new drug called SKB571 in adults with advanced or metastatic solid tumors that have not responded to standard treatments. The main goal is to check the drug's safety and find the right dose. About 138 participants will receive the drug, and researchers will also look for signs that the drug shrinks tumors or slows cancer growth.
