Summary
This is a small pilot study to test a new group therapy program for people with generalized anxiety disorder (GAD). The program focuses on helping people better tolerate life's uncertainties, which is a core part of GAD. About 20 participants will attend 12 weekly online therapy sessions to see if the group format is practical and helpful before a larger study is planned.
