Summary
This study tests whether eating grapes every day can improve gut health, reduce inflammation, and help blood vessels work better in healthy overweight adults aged 45 to 70. Participants will drink a grape powder or placebo drink twice daily for three weeks. Researchers will measure changes in gut bacteria, blood markers, and artery stiffness to see if grapes have a prebiotic effect.
