NCT ID NCT07214428

Summary

This study is testing whether a daily supplement of freeze-dried grape powder can help reduce feelings of anxiety, depression, and stress in college students. Fifty healthy students will take either the grape powder or a placebo daily for four weeks and complete surveys and provide stool samples.
