Summary

This study looks at whether the Gracie Diet can improve symptoms of gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) in adults who want to stop taking standard acid-reducing medications. Thirty participants will stop their usual pills and follow the diet for 8 weeks. Researchers will track symptom changes and quality of life using questionnaires.
