Swing for survivorship: golf program aims to boost health in prostate cancer patients

Summary

This study tests a supervised golf exercise program for 20 prostate cancer survivors (ages 55-85) who have been on hormone therapy for at least 6 months. The goal is to see if golf can improve physical function, mental health, and quality of life. Participants will take part in group golf sessions, and researchers will measure changes in fitness, balance, thinking skills, and well-being.
