Could a daily goji berry mug cake ease menopause symptoms?

NCT ID NCT07660315

First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jul 01, 2026 · Updated 1 time

Summary

This pilot study compares two forms of goji berry powder—whole berry and juice powder—in women aged 40 to 65 who have frequent hot flashes. Participants eat one mug cake made with their assigned powder daily for 30 days and track their symptoms on a smartphone. The study looks at changes in HDL cholesterol function, hot flash burden, and cognitive performance to see which form is more promising for future research.
